How long does it take to make my order?

Every Living On Track air freshener is made to order by hand.

Please allow up to one week for your order to be carefully made and dispatched.

We'd much rather take the time to get it right than rush something you're going to enjoy.

What delivery options are available?

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

International

Choose between Standard or Tracked delivery.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for international delivery, although this may vary depending on your country's postal service and customs.

USA & Canada

Due to current tariffs and import costs, shipping to the USA and Canada is more expensive than other destinations. Delivery times may also vary depending on customs processing.

How long does the scent last?

Like most car air fresheners, the fragrance is strongest during the first few days.

The design is made to last much longer, so once the scent begins to fade, simply refresh it with your favourite perfume or fragrance spray and continue enjoying it.

Are my photos kept private?

Absolutely.

Your photos are only ever used to create your order and will never be shared without your permission.
