Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Delivery time: 7+ business days

Please note that international deliveries may take longer depending on the destination country, customs processing, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Living On Track is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. However, if your order is lost, damaged, or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

For damaged items, please provide photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate the issue.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.
